This week on the Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇåion Record podcast digital media editor Warren Frey talks to Rene Morkos, the founder and CEO of Alice Technologies, a Silicon Valley startup dedicated to meshing artificial intelligence (AI) and construction.

ALICE’s AI works at the general contractor level to assist construction companies with scheduling and project management by creating millions of potential schedules at once and then analyzing those documents to find the solution that best fits the company.

Morkos is also an adjunct professor at Stanford University’s Ph.D program in construction engineering and his work experience includes working as a project manager in Afghanistan and on automation engineering on a $350 million gas refinery expansion project in Abu Dhabi.
