Welcome back to the Five Pods of Xmas, where we talk to Daily Commercial News and Journal of Commerce staff and find out what they regard as the significant events and trends they covered in 2022 and what they’re looking forward to in 2023.
On this episode we speak with Daily Commercial News daily editor Lindsey Cole, who looks over many of the significant events of 2022 including the continued stress of supply chains, adaptation to a shifting pandemic landscape and the surprise endorsement of Doug Ford’s election campaign this summer by Ontario trade unions.
Lindsey also reflected on the shifting state of the public-private partnership (P3) landscape and said to keep an eye on the shifting political winds in Alberta as well as watching for further project cancellations and delays in Ontario. Â Â
