Bird, Stack win modular award
Stack Modular and Bird Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇåion recently announced they have received a first-place award from the Modular Building Institute in the Permanent Modular Hotel Over 10,000 Square Feet category for their work on the Aqsarniit Hotel and Conference Centre in Iqaluit. The property is owned by the Qikiqtaaluck Business Development Corporation and features 94 rooms, a 5,000-square-foot conference centre, lounge, restaurant, gym, spa and commercial space.

City of Calgary begins artificial turf field construction
The City of Calgary announced it has begun construction of a new outdoor artificial turf community field located at the Genesis Centre in the northeast area of the city.
