Schneider Electric unveils microgrid package

Schneider Electric today announced the release of its EcoStruxure Microgrid Solution for Small and Medium Buildings in Canada. The service is said to offer integration of distributed energy resources across facilities including commercial and industrial buildings, health care facilities and educational institutions as part of a resiliency plan targeting lower greenhouse gases.

SNC-Lavalin awarded Nevada mine contract

SNC-Lavalin announced this morning that it has been awarded a US$30-million contract by Coeur Rochester to provide construction management services for the Plan of Operations, Amendment Number 11 expansion project at Coeur’s Rochester mine near Lovelock, Nev. The contract commenced in fourth quarter 2020 and is targeted for completion by the end of 2022.
