This week on TCR Express, Journal of Commerce staff writer Russell Hixson gives us an update on the company putting up two new cranes to complete a project that was beset by tragedy in the summer when a crane collapsed and killed five individuals in Kelowna, B.C. Russell’s also working on a story about the City of North Vancouver using Bitcoin mining as a source of heat generation.
Daily Commercial News staff writer Angela Gismondi also has an update as she spoke recently to spokespeople from Aecon Group who recently completed a pilot project using the ECR25 Electric compact excavator from Volvo Â鶹´«Ã½¸ßÇåion Equipment on a project in Toronto’s Regent Park community. Angela is also speaking to Roodney Clarke about being appointed the first black business representative for UA Local 46 in Toronto.
