The site is located near the TTC’s Line 1 subway, the Highway 7 transit corridor and Highway 400 and the condos are officially sold out.
The Vincent is being built in two towers with a podium. Amenities include an indoor lounge on the third floor, 60-foot outdoor pool, private cabanas, firepits and barbeque stations, fitness centre, yoga studio, co-work stations, a party room with bar and dining area, children’s play area, sports simulator and pet spa.
“We understand that the market is tough right now, but our commitment to delivering The Vincent remains as strong as ever,” said Rosehaven president Marco Guglietti in a statement. “This project has become a symbol of our dedication to building exceptional communities.”
